What is Twoo?
Twoo is the most fun way to meet new people in your area.
Meeting new people doesn't have to be difficult at all. Twoo is all about chatting, searching, sharing photos or playing our fun introductory games. This way you will never feel alone.
The first thing you want to do when you see a nice profile is starting a conversation, right? We promise you lots of people who are eager to have a chat.

Click on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the sign in page and follow the instructions.
What do I do if I don't receive a confirmation e-mail after registering?
First check your trash or junk folder for the confirmation e-mail. If it's not there, try resending the confirmation mail on the Twoo homepage.
If the problem continues send us a message stating your problem. We'll look into it as soon as possible.
How do I become a member?
Simply click on the 'Sign up' link on the homepage and follow the instructions. You need a valid e-mail address to complete the registration process.
You can also log in with your Facebook account.
What is my login?
Your login is the e-mail address that you used when you registered on Twoo.
How do I log out?
To log out, click the little arrow next to your avatar in the upper right corner of the page. Then click the 'Log out' button. Hope to see you back soon!
I get unwanted invitations to join Twoo.
Twoo only sends invitations in the name of and on behalf of Twoo users and only if one of your friends has requested this. Twoo users can invite e-mail contacts to see their profiles. Like this, Twoo wants to help its users to share their profiles. However, if you no longer wish to receive invitations from Twoo, you can block your e-mail address by clicking the unsubscribe link in one of these invitation messages. Please note that in this case, you will no longer be able to receive any messages from Twoo.
Twoo sends invitations to my e-mail contacts without my permission!
We would like to inform you that we respect your privacy and we will never do anything without your consent. During the registration process and later we offer you the possibility to import your contacts from other platforms, to make inviting your friends easier. Then you can choose whether you want to actually invite them or not. Everyone who received an invitation, may at any time unsubscribe from receiving Twoo e-mails by clicking the link at the bottom of the message and thereby blocking their e-mail address on our mailing list.
How do I find my friends on Twoo?

How do I delete a photo?
Go to your Profile and click the photo you want to delete. Click the 'x' on the top right corner of the photo. Remember: deleting photos cannot be undone.
How can I get access to someone’s private photos?
If someone has private photos, you'll see a counter for private photos on his/her profile. Click it and ask permission to see those private photos. A message will be sent to the person, requesting access to the private photos.
How many photos can I add on my Twoo profile?
We know that adding photos on your Twoo profile is crucial for boosting your popularity on Twoo. You can add as many as 25 photos!
If you feel your photos are not up to date, simply delete the old ones to make some space for your new and fresh look!
How can I upload a photo using my mobile phone?
Go to your profile on the Twoo mobile site. Click the + sign next to the category in which you want to upload a photo. Follow the steps.
How do I edit my profile?
Click on 'Profile' and click 'Edit' next to the section of your profile you want to change. You can change your basic info (such as your name and location) and any additional info (your looks, your favourites...) Don't forget to save your changes!
I want to change my birth year
Due to safety reasons, you can only change your birthday once. If you made a mistake in your birth year and can't change it yourself anymore, please contact the Helpdesk with a scan of your ID so we can correct it for you.

Do I have to fill out all profile questions?
No. You can answer as many or as few questions as you like. However, the more information you fill out, the easier it will be for us to find matches for you. As a guideline: give as much info as you would like to see from others. That's fair, no?
How can I upload a photo?
Go to your Twoo profile and click 'Add photo'. Follow the steps.
How can I stop access to my private photos?
To disable access to your private photos, go to Private Access in your Settings and click Edit. Select the people that no longer should have access to your private photos and hit the 'Remove selected' button.
What photo format is allowed?
Make sure the format of your photo is GIF, JPG or PNG. Your photo can't be larger than 15MB. Your photo needs to be at least 150 x 150 pixels (width and height).
What kind of photos can I upload?
What is the difference between profile photos, public photos and private photos?
A profile photo needs to show your face in a clear and recognisable way.
In your public folder, you can add all other photos you would like to share, except for nudity (bare buttocks, naked breasts...)
Photos that contain nudity or that are erotic belong in your private photos set.
Explicit nudity (genitals, anuses...) or porn are not allowed anywhere on Twoo.
How are photos moderated?
All photos are subject to our Terms & Conditions and our Code of Conduct. Our moderators will check all photos you upload and will move photos to another set when needed or even block the photo when needed.
How can I participate in the introductory games?
What happens if I don’t like someone in the introductory games?
Nothing will happen, we will only make sure you're not proposed to one another again.
What happens if I like someone that also likes me?
How can I appear more frequently in the introductory games?
For a small fee, we will put you 100 extra times in the introductory games. Click 'Pick me' on your Profile to get started.
What happens if someone likes me in a game?
People that like you are shown in 'Who likes me'. If you're also interested in them, please indicate that, so they are shown in 'Your matches'. People you are interested in are shown in 'Who I like'. As soon as they've indicated they are also interested in you, you'll see them in 'Your matches'.
How can I change what I’m looking for?
How do you decide whom to propose to me in my search results?
Twoo has the smartest technology for matching. We aren't only looking into your preferences, but also into the preferences of people interested in you.
How do I search for people?
You can search for people by going to Search. This section allows you to find people based on their gender, age and location.
How do I send someone a message?
Visit the profile of the person you want to contact. Hit Chat and type what you want to say in the text box. Enjoy chatting on Twoo!
How do I know when I have a new message?
A notification will be shown if you have new messages. Click on the notification bubble to open the new message.
Note that you can also indicate that you want to receive mail notifications if you've received a new message. To receive mail notifications, go to Settings and edit your notification settings.
How do I know if one of my contacts is online?
A green dot (online) on the profile or next to the profile photo indicates that someone is online.
How do I know if someone has received and read my message?
Only Twoo Unlimited users can see if receivers have already read their messages. Upgrade now!
Why can’t I change my online status?
Your online status is changed automatically. Once you sign in your status changes to online. If you are idle for 5 minutes, your status changes to offline.
How many messages can I send daily?
Nobody likes spam. By limiting new contacts per day, we hope to improve the site experience for all our users. If you activate Unlimited you can contact more people every day.
How do I add a new line in a chat?
If you want to add a new line in your message, press Alt+Enter. The cursor will move to the line below rather than sending the message immediately. Hit 'Enter' to send the message.
What is Twoo Unlimited?
With a Twoo Unlimited account you have a better chance to succeed: you get all benefits and insights you need. Click here to go to the Twoo Unlimited page.
How can I activate Twoo Unlimited?
Click the 'Upgrade' link at the top right to find out all about upgrading your account.
How can I browse anonymously?
To browse anonymously, you need to upgrade to an Unlimited account. If you have an Unlimited account, you can enable anonymous browsing in the right-hand menu.
How can I stop my Twoo Unlimited subscription?
Are you sure you don't want a Twoo Unlimited account anymore? You'll surely miss the Unlimited features! If you're sure, go to the Twoo Unlimited page and stop your subscription.
Can I get a free Twoo Unlimited account?
We often have offers to get Unlimited for free! Keep an eye on the Unlimited page!
What is the Spotlight?
The Spotlight allows you to be instantly seen by thousands of people in your area. You can find the Spotlight on top of any Twoo page. If you want to meet new people and gain attention, the Spotlight is the perfect place to be seen!
Will I be charged if I get an error message?
No. You will only be charged if all went fine.
How do I appear in the Spotlight?
Click 'Add me here' to the left of the Spotlight and choose a photo of yourself. Click 'Continue' to put yourself in the Spotlight. As more members enter the Spotlight, your photo will slowly move from the left to the right, and then will be pushed off completely.
How long does it take to get what I paid for?
After the payment this shouldn't take longer than 1-5 minutes.
How do I end my PayPal billing agreement with Twoo?
Note: Ending your billing agreement will mean we can no longer process your Twoo Unlimited payments via PayPal. You will also no longer be able to make one-click payments using PayPal.
To end your PayPal billing agreement with Twoo:
1. Log in to your Paypal account
2. Select 'My Account' and then 'Profile'
3. Select 'Account info'
4. Select 'My Pre-Approved Payments'
5. Select your billing agreement with Twoo from the list and click 'cancel' to end the agreement.
How do I remove my payment details from Twoo?
If you're not satisfied with your Twoo experience, we'd really like to know about it so we can try and make things right. Please contact us and you'll hear back within 24 hours (usually sooner!).
What is the Daily Spotlight?
Twoo Spotlight is a fun, powerful way to promote your profile and boost your popularity, and Daily Spotlight allows you to be shown in it once per day, without you having to come back and reactivate it every time. Simply select 'Yes please' after you've chosen a Spotlight, and that awesome photo of yours will appear in the Twoo Spotlight every single day.
How can I disable my Daily Spotlight?
You can disable your Daily Spotlight at any time. Simply go to 'Settings', click Edit in the Account section and untick the box next to 'Put my photo in the Spotlight every day'.
Why can't I make a payment when browsing on Safari?
1. Select the Safari menu (Mac) or Edit menu (PC)
2. Select Preferences.
3. Choose the Privacy tab.
4. Set 'Block Cookies' to Never.
5. Close the Preferences window.
6. Reload the website.
You can now try your payment again.
Return to the Unlimited or Credits page.
How can I change my e-mail address?
Go to Settings and choose Edit in the Account section. Enter your new e-mail address and click the 'Save' button. Note that you must confirm your new e-mail address by clicking the link in the e-mail we will then send to your new address.

Your account is hidden, but you want to be shown in the search results again? To make your account visible, go to Settings and choose Edit in the Account section. Pick 'Active' in the drop-down next to Account status and hit Save.
How can I hide my account?
Need some rest? Hide your account! If your account is hidden, you no longer show up in search results or in the introductory games.

How do I delete my account?

If you're sure you want to delete your account, please go to Settings and choose Edit in the Account section. Then click 'Delete account' and follow the instructions.
For security reasons, you will need your password to delete your account. Forgot your password? Click here to choose a new one!

How can I change the amount of mail notifications I receive?
Mail notifications are e-mails sent to your e-mail address to alert you when you have a new visitor, a new message, a new match... You can choose yourself if you want to to receive them or not. It's up to you, but remember: if your match is visiting your profile, you might want to know about it immediately, don't you?
You can always change your mail notification settings by going to Settings. Click Edit next to 'Notifications' and choose your preferred notification settings. Don't forget to save your changes!
How can I block users?
On all profiles and in all messages, you'll find a 'Block this person' link in the left menu. Blocked persons no longer can contact or visit you. You won't see them in our introductory games or in your search results.
You can also report abuse by clicking the 'Report abuse' link on the user's profile or in his/her private message.
Can people I have blocked still write me messages?
Yes, but you won't receive those messages. No worries!
How can I unblock users?
In the 'Block/unblock' section of your Settings, you'll find an overview of people you've blocked. Click Edit to unblock people: select the persons that no longer should be blocked and click 'Unblock selected'.
How do I prevent Twoo from determining my location?
We always want to make sure that you get the most accurate results, adjusted to your location. You can choose to stop sharing your location with Twoo at any time. How to do this depends on the browser you are using, but you can usually find it in your browser settings or preferences.
How do I send a gift on Twoo?
Want to send a gift to someone? Next to the text field to send a message you'll see an icon that looks like a gift. Click it to add a gift and then click 'Send'.

How do I change the language of my Android/iPhone app?
The Twoo apps on your smartphone follow the language of your phone settings. If you want to change the language of the app, please change the language in your phone.
Twoo's mobile site is not working correctly on my phone
We made our developers spend a lot of time on making sure that our mobile website runs smoothly on all possible cell phones with different browsers and operation systems. Nevertheless it is possible that some of the features that we provide are not supported by older devices. The problem may apply particularly to older versions of Nokia and BlackBerry. If you are using one of them, we might not be able to help ... Yes, we feel really bad about it :(
